My experience with Coach Colt has really been great! He has taught me so much about nutrition (and the only person who has gotten me to eat that much protein and be happy about it!) and fitness, but also about the mental aspect of this whole process....what it means to commit to something like this, how to stay away from trying to be "perfect" at it, training your brain to get comfortable with doing things you think you don't want to do, and much more. He is also just really calm, straightforward, and good at communicating! I'm grateful for his coaching.
