I had coaching for 6 months. During that time Steve has helped me lose 13lbs with his assistance coaching me in nutrition and exercise. I have learned a ton and will use the information he taught me for the rest of my life. I hope to come back and work on building muscle after I get through some unexpected life circumstances.
