I am beyond pleased with my coaching experience. My coach has the right mix of compassion and “get it done” advice. I tend to be an all or none person doing very good for a while but as soon as I hit road bumps give it all up. He has encouraged me to give myself grace to not be perfect and to control what I can. I appreciate him very much!!!
