My coach that was matched with me is great! The structured workout plans and flexibility in my eating (by targeting my macros) has really helped me move towards my goals that I wasn't able to do on my own. Really working on changing my mindset and my relationship with food! My coach is awesome- I keep extending my coaching for that reason!!
