Macros Inc has truly transformed my life over the past four months. When I first joined, I was at my lowest point in terms of energy and strength. Little did I anticipate that within this relatively short span, I would emerge as a strong, confident woman. Externally, there may be little change, but internally, I've truly transformed. Under the guidance of Coach Ripley, whose approach is both gentle and refreshingly honest, I've achieved things I never thought possible. I now lift more weight than ever before, even becoming a ruuner (initally I came into coaching swearing I wouldn't do cardio). Moreover, I've reached an appreciation for my body and its capabilities. My relationship with food has healed, and I've never felt better in my life.
