This is my second time utilizing a Coach. The first time, I did nutrition only. After the first round, I kept my weight within 5 lbs. This time my goals were a little different; I wanted to drop a few pounds, but work towards a sustainable workout program. I had been using Beach Body for years. Although I liked their programs, I wanted something more tailored to me and w/o jumping.
I have been working with Colt since September and doing focused workouts. I get in my gym, get it done, and get out. I’m much more toned now than when it was doing random workouts or repeating the same programs.
