Coach Gaela was a perfect fit for me; she held me accountable without pressure or guilt, she was encouraging, and gave great tips and feedback! The Macros Inc. program gave me so much freedom to choose from foods I’d normally eat and just fit them into my “budget”. I didn’t feel a bit deprived and even had a pretty darn big cookie every evening for dessert that I was able to fit into my macros. Coach Gaela also helped me have healthier thoughts around food and not labeling foods “good or bad” which helped me stay away from all or nothing thinking - that in itself was a huge win! I didn’t have a lot of weight to lose, but managed to lose 13 pounds - I feel like that was sufficient for where I wanted to be for my daughter’s wedding (which was my goal) and I will continue to log my macros and use the tools I’ve learned from Macros Inc. I highly recommend the coaching aspect; I wouldn’t be where I am now without Coach Gaela’s guidance and support.
