My coach is Colin. There aren't enough words to express how thankful I am for him. We spent a year together. I took an 8 month break and I came back to MI with a condition I get him again. He's been my rock. Helping me through the good and the not so good. Not just a nutrition and fitness coach but a friend as well. Sometimes i think he knows me better than i know myself. I can completely sabotage myself and he knows me well enough that he knows I'll bounce back eventually. Giving me the positive and the "I know you can do it..you've done it before" talks. Basically what I'm saying is he is an amazing coach and an absolute asset to MI. When I tell people about MI it is nothing but positive words. So very thankful for coach Colin and MI!
