I started coaching because even though I understood how macros worked, I just couldn’t make myself stick to anything. I needed the extra accountability. My coach has helped me not only with staying accountable, but she’s there to help me understand why I’m struggling. I my learning and slowly changing my all or nothing outlook isn’t working best for me. I’m learning what my triggers are, and how to adapt. I’ve learned that when I make mistakes, you just keep on going. I wouldn’t have made it thus far without my coach! I adore her!
