I have hashimoto's and have just went through menopause. Losing weight seemed impossible. I LOVE macros, Inc. And my coach has been truly a blessing to me. He (TJ) is soon too be done with coaching and illl be the first to admit I'm pretty freaked out. But, I am praying I'll get another coach who will teach me even more. I've lost approx 30lbs, am in maintenance because of a recent knee replacement and I'm doing well!
