I'm losing weight and inches, while gaining muscle and lifestyle change techniques. I love going to the gym and seeing the transformation. The accountability is what keeps me going. The positive words of encouragement from Gina is what keeps me going. Seeing the before and after pictures is what keeps me going. And seeing in black and white how much inches I've lost already is what keeps me going. I only signed up for 6mths, and without a doubt sign up for another 6mths because my journey is not over.
