I have had the best time of my life all thanks to MACROS INC and meeting the most amazing person REGINA HAVALOVA Regina has changed my life for the better ... my exercise program has been nothing short of exceptional she has hit the mark every single time Regina has taught me that life is to be lived and food is apart of that so is the odd drink ... so to be in total control of my social outings is a God send I am 54 and have been with MI since March 2022 ... I love powerlifting and I am now just starting jogging... if someone would of asked me 10 years ago what I'd be doing today I would never of said powerlifting and jogging What an experience this is... life changing for the better ... and to connect with my coach on a personal level is awesome ... for anyone who reads this and is thinking I can't do this its just another way to lose weight your wrong.... you can do this and u will lose weight ... and hopefully like me find something that you like ...
