Prior to joining Macros Inc, I had tried all Kinds of diets, workouts and a variety of plans but nothing worked as effectively as my experience with my coach from Macros Inc. My coach (Colin Wolfe) was AMAZING. I was skeptical at first about how this virtual training and macro tracking would work but it felt seamless. The support through messages, emails and video messages, weekly check-ins, check-ins on the weekend… I never felt lost or alone in this process. I started with Macros in Nov 2023 for 6 months and I have lost 16.6 lbs and lost 10+ inches all over. I am planning to compete in bodybuilding and I am planning to rejoin post show.
