Amanda continues to be responsive and accurate with her coaching. She is well suited to my personality and has excellent recommendations for roadblocks I might encounter. She is proactive about sending information she thinks I might find helpful or interesting. She provides focused, accurate, evidence/science based answers to my questions. My outlook, knowledge level, skill set, goals, and overall attitude have evolved in an overwhelmingly positive way since I started coaching. I recently renewed for a 12 month contract. This has been life changing in the most positive way.
