I could not have asked for a better match than Ashley. Over the past couple years she has been a great resource educating me on all things macros, weight training and overcoming my self percived obstacles.
I've always felt like I was her only client. She is personable, relatable, honest. Anytime I needed advice or wanted to switch things up, she was right there to answer, support, update.
I am going to miss her during my pause, but looking forward to working with her again when I come back.
