Last year I did the two week free trial and was not impressed but then you added the month by month option and I decided to try it again. I am so glad I did! Ally was my coach and what I learned from her is invaluable. She was warm, friendly and so knowledgable. Ally saw things I was missing and helped me dig into motives, behaviors and attitudes that were affecting my fitness journey. What surprised me greatly was how much I can apply her insights into daily life not just weight loss. I am a believer!
