I joined Macros Inc after discovering a need for more consistent and personalized support. I was hesitant around the investment at first, but knew I was a priority and wanted to try it out. I was linked to a coach that was a “perfect” fit. I started with the nutrition only plan for the first few months, later to enroll in the full coaching option to allow for a personalized plan to meet my goals of weight gain/muscle growth. This is where the real work started. I was challenged, encouraged, confronted, kept accountable and had a front row seat to some of my self sabotaging behavior that often kept me stuck for so long. Through my coaches continual support and ability to meet me where I was that current week, we accomplished amazing wins! I now have the ability to weight my accomplishments outside of the scale and have a more normalized viewpoint of muscle growth and the time it does takes to gain an adequate amount. I had the privilege of working with Brittany S. and there is not one thing I regret about this journey with Macros Inc. I learned so much about myself, proper nutrition, how much my menstrual cycle affects my workouts/ eating habits 😩, and how to see the progress and give myself credit for it along the way. It was a great starting point for me and the valuable nuggets I learned will only assist me in continuing these habits and way of living for the days to come. Thanks Brittany!! 💪🏼
