Razi is amazing! She has been so patient with my pace, but keeps me on track when I waiver from the plan. I know you only get the results when you put the work in, but having this accountability has kept me from making my situation worse. I have lost about 25 pounds since hiring a coach and am grateful for the group information and the individual coaching!
