I have been a Macros Inc client on and off for the past 5 years. They have always been there for me when I needed them on my journey. You can do it alone, but why should you when you can work with an absolutely amazing team. The past 7 months have been absolutely groundbreaking for me. I’m at the lowest weight and strongest I have ever been-and it’s been such a cool journey figuring out what is right for me. I’ve completely changed by relationship with food and actually enjoy my workouts now. Life changing!
