Steve was a great coach. I wanted data driven tips, accountability and support, and Steve provided all of that. I’ve been tracking for a few years and consider myself fairly experienced, but Steve answered all the lingering questions I had and helped with suggestions to help meet my protein each day using foods I enjoy.
