I am a long-distance runner, and unlike many runners, I tend to overeat when training for long distances. Over the past couple of years, this has led to weight gain. I reached a point where I couldn’t manage it on my own, and I wanted to return to a healthy weight and feel proud of my work.
In February of this year, I decided to get a coach and was matched with Anna. I’m so happy I did. Since then, I’ve lost 25 pounds and seen significant reductions in my measurements. Even though I’ve already met my weight loss goal, I continue to see improvements.
Anna has taught me the right amount of food I need to eat and that it’s okay to feel hunger at times. I don’t have to constantly try to stay ahead of it. She has been encouraging and in my corner every step of the way. Thanks to her guidance, I feel healthier and more confident as a runner.
