It's been amazing having a Coach in my corner from the time I started to now! I started wanting to lose weight and I did (70 lbs) and then at some point my goals changed and I wanted to build a little more muscle. I am coming to the end of my first time bulking and I'm looking forward to seeing the results. It's an interesting process both mentally and physically, one that I am happy I did under the guidance of a coach.
