This wasn't my first time working with Macros Inc coaches but I can say that I learned the most about myself and the process in this cycle. Colt never left me wondering the "why" of things and coached me through balancing a calorie deficit and a social life. I received the accountability I was really needing as well as the confidence to continue on my own.
