This is my second time doing coaching with Macros, Inc and my first time with the amazing, Coach Melissa Hayes! When I started nearly 5 months ago, I was about 10 pounds away from my goal. I knew what to do, but I needed the accountability. April was a challenging time of year for me to enroll and tackle the final weight loss because we had a lot of travel plans coming up, but I always hear, “time will pass anyways” so I figured it was worth a shot. Melissa has kept me focused throughout the summer when I would have likely stalled and is always checking in with me. She has talked me off the ledge when I was ready to give up and go to maintenance and always seems to send me a video message when I need it most and it’s just the push I need to dig a little deeper. She has taught me so much and really encouraged me to take a look at the things that were holding me back. Once I did those things, everything really came together. With her constant encouragement, guidance and support I have been able to pass my weight-loss goal and will soon enter maintenance. I am so thankful for Melissa for constantly pushing me to be a healthier version of myself!
