Coaching is just what I needed. Inhave tried every diet since I was 15. I was always successful at losing the weight, but never keeping it off. The process of losing the weight was so restrictive that I was always crabby. The process with Macros has been so eye opening. My coach helped me figure out where I was going wrong and how to be successful. There is such a thing as good freedom. I love the tracking app and teaching that goes along with Coaching. It's been such a positive experience. I love that she is going to teach m how to do maintenance.
