My first meeting with Telayna was a relief. I went into coaching mentally preparing myself to do a whole bunch of things I didn't want to do. Telayna had a way of making everything feel easy. I had a real hang up about not being able to get to the gym and she told me I didn't have to go to the gym to see results. She removed ALL of the stress from the situation and here I am, about a month or so into coaching (I signed up for 6 months) and I've lost 10 pounds without going to the gym ONCE. I am so happy to have her support and I love having someone to report all of my numbers to and hold me accountable. This has been worth every single penny.
