Gaela is an incredible Coach, who taught me everything about Macros from ground zero. I didn’t even know what macros were or how to count them when I started my journey, and I am now prepared and confident, after six months of working with her, for how to manage my health in a more controlled fashion moving forward. It has rewritten my view of food and what “healthy” constitutes for me. Her constant support and helpful tips guided me through my high and my lows, and helped me from over analyzing and getting paranoid about the scale, while also holding me accountable. Whether on holiday in Europe or on a work trip, she has set me up for a sustainable plan and way of life moving forward. As a working (and traveling) mum with two young kids, i cannot thank her enough for all she has taught me.
