I had a wonderful coaching experience. My coach was an excellent match and had a sixth sense of when I was feeling disheartened and challenged. I'm sure he could see round corners because he would give me a gentle nudge at just the right moment. He would send me texts............"How is it going", "for the upcoming event,/ travel/ visit why don't you try this.........." " Good job with consistency this week....."
It has been a great experience.
