Viktorija was such a supportive coach! She understood my needs and my crazy schedule as a teacher. I got lots of nutritional information and knew she was going though my meal logs to give m the supportive feedback that I needed. She also gave me advice when I was going out of town or having a fun weekend with friends and family. Though I only did nutritional coaching (I also continued doing workouts on my own)-she gave me advice on how I could make some small changes for a bigger impact. I felt that her check-ins were personal and that she was really invested in my goals. I met my goal weight and could not be happier! Life unfortunately got too busy for me to fully commit to this program but I will sign up again with Viktorija in a heartbeat. She's the best!
