I was struggling on my own trying to get my food figured out, what I learned over training is that carbs matter in performance in energy and your ability to hit your weight lifting and running goals. I was entirely stuck in the the long term mindset that carbs are bad…as a women in her 50 s and perimenopausal it really has made all the difference. I am so excited to keep going and build strong muscles! I’m proof that the best things happen after 50 and we are not out to pasture:) my coach has been nothing but supportive and I loved the check ins and accountability that Taylor provided me. I definately needed that!
