Sharon is beyond amazing. Keeping on track nutrition-wise hasn’t always been easy for me, but Sharon has such a wonderful way of keeping me accountable without making me feel bad about myself or guilty when I went off track. Like my own personal cheerleader/support person! I felt so at ease sharing some of the things that are not always easy to discuss (menopause, hrt, constipation, you name it). I never felt judged. I haven’t lost all of the weight that I set out to but have made such great progress with Sharon’s guidance. I am feeling stronger and look more jacked than I did 30 years ago.
