Tessa has been a super helpful coach this past year. She helped me stay on track and weather the ups and downs instead of quitting when life got really tough. My overall progress was slower than I planned, but I'm proud that I made consistent progress and that I'm getting closer to my goal. I intend to use what I've learned and focus on continued weight loss and gentle exercise over the next year and then sign back up for coaching with Tessa next fall to build muscle. Thank you!
