Late delivery, no correspondence whatsoever, i chased my delivery up myself,
Once blinds arrived, they were much narrower than I’d ordered. If I order exact sizing, that’s what I’d expect. Quite unclear on the website what exact means, obviously exact has many interpretations.
Another live chat, no resolutions.
So now I’m left with two blinds not fit for purpose and a good £100 out of pocket. Cash I can I’ll afford to waste. Anyone looking to buy blinds, go to Hilarys!! They will come out to measure, make them fit!
