Blinds arrived faulty, I had to send proof after proof in the form of photo and video, kept asking for further ( like I want it to be broken) was told needed new part to repair, I didn’t really want to repair a brand new blind but ok. Never recieved phoned to chase part was told my videos were not sufficient I must send more with another person in them . Eventually provided enough evidence and part arrived and yet again still a roller blind that doesn’t roll on or off the window. I should not be repairing a new blind in the first place let alone proofing
