Blinds sent with the wrong fitting brackets. Explained the problem to Aimee who said she will get the correct ones sent to me ASAP. I recieved a package 3days later with the same wrong ones sent again. I went and purchased the correct ones from a local retailer. I emailed customer support to let them know they sent the wrong ones again. I recieved an email from Ness asking for a photo of proof that the wrong ones were sent, which I did. The reply from Ness was to give me instructions on how to fit a top brackets, I don't have a recess to fit them into. I sent her a photo of the blinds now fitted using the correct brackets I purchased and the reply was, "it was all my fault for ordering the wrong brackets TWICE!"
I didn't order brackets I ordered blinds. The company is responsible for sending the correct brackets, not me.
Never again.
