I bought a heater online on 8May, delivery was the next day. the heater was not in good condition so i logged a return same day. Best believe i still have the heater with me its not collected and they havent made my refund. im deeply disappointed in Makro and i have made several phone calls to follow up but they keep telling me that a returned is logged but for how long? very irritated by this.
