I ordered a gun safe that was supposed to be delivered 26.06.2025. Today is 02.07.2025 and still not delivered. I sent a email to support that called me on 30.06.2025 to confirm the delivery will be for 01.07.2025. Till now still nothing, at this point they can keep the safe refund my money and I will go spend it somewhere else where customer service is important. Last time ordering anything from Makro.
