I have had a great experience with Mandy, with most of the jobs I have had in the U.S have come via the site. I like the interface better than any other recruitment site and from my research it posts and attracts a large percentage of the active production and media related jobs in the market. I have chosen to stick with the subscription over any of the other job sites.
