We went to Massage Chair Planet looking for a nice, affordable assuage therapy option. Tanner showed us all of their chairs and explained the features of each one. He was patient, and allowed us to go back and forth trying out our top picks numerous times. He did not make us feel pressured and was respectful. Great experience there! My only reservation is with the delivery crew. We paid $179 dollars for white glove delivery and setup, but they were unable to get it into the requested room due to the base being too big. I was not present, my husband was there. So they just put it in the livingroom. I understand that the base wouldn't fit upright, but if turned in it's side, it would have easily fit and we wouldn't have wasted our money. None the less, this doesn't change my experience with Massage Chair Planet. Tanner was awesome!
