As a distributor, you should absolutely have a list of open orders. You did a very, VERY poor job of communicating. I was told the chair shipped, then it was 4 weeks to ship - allegedly - and then I’m told things are on backorder. Now, it's 3 more weeks (or more).
That would’ve been really good to know. My payment was made and nothing to show for it for 7+ weeks. Not good.
