I live in Alaska and most companies that I have ordered from act like It is from a distant planet; very remote and hard to reach. So to say I was pleasantly surprised that my order from your company came in a very timely manner and the delivery man was very pleasant. I have not had the chair long enough to give an honest answer but to say the least it has been able to reach areas of my body that I didn’t even know existed, and constantly amazes me on the ingenuity of the person(s) who invented a chair that the one using it can easily think it is alive
