Ordered the chair on October 26th. The chair was shipped in mid November to their white glove delivery provider. Not getting the chair until December 16th (hopefully). It's been sitting in a warehouse for a month. I called them to check and see why this was the case, the CSR said she would follow up but she never got back to me.
