Ordered this message chair for my 92 year old dad. He loves it. The ordering was easy, delivery time was very reasonable and customer service very helpful. We did paid extra for the white glove delivery and it was well worth. The group that delivered it to our house were very nice and had the chair together and working within 30 minutes. I'm sure it would have taken us several hours. I would recommend this company.
