I talked to Adam and he was very helpful. He listened and understood. I purchased the chair he recommended, and although money was not an issue , it wasn’t the most expensive chair. But it turned to be the right one for me. I am very small, 5ft2in, and lean. Most chairs are uncomfortable but the ones I experienced in Japan worked.
