Worst policy and worst company I have ever seen in my life. The agent Dileesh from Calicut branch is not responding and is not ready to answer any calls or clarify anything.
And I would like to highlight the fact that the company is not at all responsible for any concerns raised by customers and no human intervention at all everytime it's just automated emails. It's better to run the company with robots rather than people with betrayal mentality like Dileesh.
