I had the worst experience with Max Life Insurance. I requested the cancellation of my policy during the free look period, expecting a straightforward process. However, the company dragged it out for months, ignoring my repeated follow-ups. To make matters worse, after all the delays, Shivam Grewal, the Deputy Manager, informed me that they couldn't proceed with the cancellation because the free look period had expired! This is utterly unacceptable from my personal experience, I strongly advise against taking any policy with Max Life Insurance
