Sold a phone for £320 with this company and they sent a courier, this courier put it in a secure box and what do you know, apparently it got stolen. I would just like to make clear, Mazuma arranged the courier for a device they were buying from me for £320.
Well it turns out, the insurance was only enough for £100 and after 7 weeks, I got £100 back and a message basically saying it was my fault for choosing the wrong insurance.
Once again, they arranged the courier for a device they valued at £320.
