Lovely idea for a gift. I received a bracelet after my son birth. Back from my post-partum, I opened the box a month later and the bracelet was completely black. I cannot believe that silver oxidizes that fast. No way. They also forgot to engrave the inside. I contacted the customer service and they told me that I should not have let it in the box and I should buy a cleaning kit. I am so dissatisfied about the quality and their service. Rip-off
