“Ordered an engraved bracelet for the birth of my son and it broke within 6 months. The company gave is a new bracelet and that broke within 3 months. The company allowed to us order a different bracelet and that broke within a week! I'm our emails the staff member was passive aggresive commenting how she was "surprised that you have struggled to keep your bracelets unbroken"... the last one literally broke as I was sat on the sofa.
They eventually agreed to refund us- the post office said we had to pay customs to send the bracelets back which ended up costing us £12 but when we emailed Astrid about this she told us we were wrong and forts class stamp would have been sufficient and so she wouldn't reimburse the postage cost. How can we be wrong when the post office themselves have said it has to have a customs stamp? Honestly never had such a bad experience with a company before.”
“Ordered the 8th of July. Received 9ct gold pendant 330euros .so so disappointed. Be careful ordering from them as what you see is most definitely not what you get. Very small, poor quality and engraving is terrible. Very very disappointed customer 😒”
“I have tried for 3 weeks to order a birthday gift due by April 16th, your system would not allow me to enter a new credit card it would bounce back to my old card. Now that the birthday is passed, I used my husband's card and there is no confirmation that it went through. I have never used such an unfriendly website to order an item.”
“I ordered an 18k plated necklace. The necklace is lovely, and the engraving is done by hand and lovely, not the generic laser engraving. As much as I love it, the disc is VERY light and thin. I purchased a similar necklace design on Amazon for 1/6th of the price, (although not engraved), and the quality felt much better and sturdier. Time will tell, but for $150 I really did expect a bit better quality. If it holds up, great, bit given how they send directions to not even get it wet, I have serious concerns that it won't last. They don't list the materials the necklace base is either (I would expect solid sterling for the price), which is unusual. If it doesn't hold up I will try and update my review as well.”
“Lovely idea for a gift. I received a bracelet after my son birth. Back from my post-partum, I opened the box a month later and the bracelet was completely black. I cannot believe that silver oxidizes that fast. No way. They also forgot to engrave the inside. I contacted the customer service and they told me that I should not have let it in the box and I should buy a cleaning kit. I am so dissatisfied about the quality and their service. Rip-off”

Merci Maman said by mail they would change it but then the ring came with the incorrect engraving, and it was different even from the first request.I cannot wear it due to personal circumstances. I was promised a refund for their mistake and one month later have had NO refund OR any mail, despite me mailing them three or more times.I was a loyal customer who made several purchases from Merci Maman and even recommended them to family and friends.I now discourage everyone from ordering.What a pity that they cannot be bothered to rectify a mistake to a loyal customer.Never again.I am a very dissatisfied customer!Do not waste your time or money on them!!”
“Delivery was excellent. I do like the pendants however I would not recommend the chain it was quite light and not of good quality. Overall this product is overpriced for what it really is. Go spend £120+ on something of better quality. There are no returns.”
“My sons paid for me to have made an eternity trio necklace with granddaughters names on it over £100 😟 very poor quality like a bit of tin !!!! It’s so thin it will definitely not last. And the engraving is shabby. Not worth the money very poor”
