Merci Maman said by mail they would change it but then the ring came with the incorrect engraving, and it was different even from the first request.I cannot wear it due to personal circumstances. I was promised a refund for their mistake and one month later have had NO refund OR any mail, despite me mailing them three or more times.I was a loyal customer who made several purchases from Merci Maman and even recommended them to family and friends.I now discourage everyone from ordering.What a pity that they cannot be bothered to rectify a mistake to a loyal customer.Never again.I am a very dissatisfied customer!Do not waste your time or money on them!!”
“My sons paid for me to have made an eternity trio necklace with granddaughters names on it over £100 😟 very poor quality like a bit of tin !!!! It’s so thin it will definitely not last. And the engraving is shabby. Not worth the money very poor”
